I was totally blown away by the comment section of my Sunday newsletter, written by my friend/editor Mallory Rice. It’s up to 717 comments! Making me literally cry…
Today’s ep is a follow-up to that conversation. I went through all the comments and pulled my 12 favorite tips offered by people for cultivating more and better friendships. They really run the gamut—they’re not all expressly about “making new friends.” Some of them are about making friendships more satisfying, or lower stakes, or more like the kinds you had as a kid. I use each tip to talk about my own ups and downs in this realm: one of my long-standing complexes!
