I’ve loved reading your work since 2016! I graduated from college and moved to NYC the same time you did and also left my last company the same time you did. Your writing makes me feel seen and less alone. :) <3
I loved your piece. Congratulations on your newsletter and thank you for sharing some coping methods in difficult times. I wish you the best and can’t wait to read more.
I was so excited to receive your first newsletter! Thank you for sharing all those thoughts with us. I find myself unemployed as well after having finished working one week before the UK lockdown (my long time move dreams have been placed on hold). I am hoping I can contribute once I have my finances in order! Lots of ❤️
Greetings from the U.K., well done on getting this newsletter out. I wish you great success in such hard times and stay well xx As a Brit we cannot imagine life without the NHS (Healthcare for all - it’s not perfect and has been under funded for years but it’s free medical care for us in the U.K., job or no job, young , old, etc.) and it’s shocking that one of the most wealthy counties in the world does not want to care for ALL their own citizens. Thank you for sharing the vetted links and I will see where I can contribute .
That was great! Really felt that uncertainty of being recently (¿unemployed?), I finished the two weeks notice of my resignation letter on march 4th (I'm an MD) since I was going to move abroad and in the meantime have been just laying around, cooking, reading, watching shows. Although I'd only work like two o three days a week, this still feels like doing nothing and it just makes me feel bad (taking into consideration most of my colleagues and friends are "in the front lines"). I haven't really said that as I was a little ashamed. Writing it felt like taking a deep breath. Anyway, loved this piece! Looking forward to the next one. Very proud of you! Warmest regards from Venezuela.
I have absolutely loved your work for Man Repeller, and can not wait to read what else you have in store. Keep pushing forward.
