I find the podcast format super helpful, since I have some concentration and executive function issues that mean I often miss a bunch of the subtleties in the written version, unless it's something that either immediately grabs me, or encourages me to grab some popcorn (respectively, gender-fluidity and Man Repeller).
Just thought it might be helpful for you to know about this dimension of why a podcast is a good idea.
